Returns Policy

At Greymoon Automotive Paints, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re confident you’ll love our premium automotive paints and supplies, but if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.

Easy Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, excluding all aerosol cans these cannot be returned as we cannot ensure that they are unused
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Please note: Custom-mixed or tinted paint products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, as they are made specifically for you.

Refunds Made Simple
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items that are damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a quick exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item, except when items are damaged or incorrect. For your security, we recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.
