Branched Chain Amino Acids, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine have been investigated for their anticatabolic (reducing muscle breakdown) and anabolic (muscle building) effects. BCAAs stimulate protein synthesis and are essential for muscle growth. NPL's BCAA 5000 may improve nitrogen retention by sparing other amino acids - aiding the growth and repair of muscle tissue. Recommended Use
Mix 1 heaped scoop (approx. 5g) with 250ml of cold water, flavoured drink or combine with your favourite NPL product. On training days, consume before and after training. On non-training days, consume 1-2 times daily between meals.
