Description
Just Add Water!
Mousse:
Add 200ml water into a mixing bowl.
Mix 4-5min on high speed until fluffy
Put mousse in fridge to cool
Frosting:
Add sachet to mixer. Add 40ml water. Mix 4-5min on high speed until light and fluffy
Hot Chocolate:
Add 3-4 heaped tea spoons of powder to mug. Fill up with boiling water. Stir and enjoy
Cheese spread/sauce:
Spread: mix 200g of Cheese powder and 280ml milk. Cook on a low heat until desired consistency.
Sauce: Mix 200g cheese powder and 700ml water until powder is dissolved. Cook on a medium heat. Stir consistently. Add salt and pepper to taste
Condensed Milk:
Mix 105ml boiling water with 280g sweetened Condensed Milk powder. Mix well and cool mixture down for 30min. this mixture replaces 1 tin (380g) condensed milk
Mixture can be refrigerated up to 6 days.
Evaporated Milk:
Place 280ml boiling water in a jug. Add 105g powder and mix well. Allow to cool down. best results after 6 hours.
Melkkos:
Microwave
Add 650ml Luke warm water in deep microwaveable dish.
Mix powder in water. Microwave on high for 2min. Mix well and repeat until cooked. Normally after 6min
Makes 4 portions
Milktart:
Prepare tart base as you prefer.
Microwave: Add 650ml Luke warm water in a deep dish. Mix powder and add 1 egg. Mix well. Microwave on high for 2min. Mix well and repeat until cooked. Normally after 6 min. Add hot mixture to your base and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
